Using the app requires an Android device with a compatible Android version. The app is free and does not require registration or the creation of a user account.
The app is free to use in its current version. We reserve the right to offer optional paid features (e.g., premium themes or enhanced functionality) as in-app purchases in future versions. The core functionality of the app will remain free. You will be informed of any changes in advance.
The app, including its design, texts, graphics, and source code, is protected by copyright. Use of the app does not entitle you to reproduce, modify, or distribute the app or its components beyond their intended use.

We strive to keep the app error-free and up to date but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Updates are provided through the Google Play Store.
We are fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For damages caused by slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
Since all data is stored exclusively on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regular use of the export function. We are not liable for data loss due to device defects, uninstallation, or other circumstances, unless caused by our intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Chunkplan Diary is a planning and reflection tool for personal use. The app does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and does not replace professional help for mental health or medical concerns. The mood-tracking features included in the app serve solely for personal reflection and are not intended for diagnosis or treatment.
